A hit-making music producer is seeking to dismiss allegations he sexually abused pop singer Kesha.

Attorneys for Lukasz Gottwald, known professionally as Dr. Luke, argue in a court filing Monday that Kesha's claim she was raped by her mentor is barred by the statute of limitations.

Legendary comedian Bill Cosby silently refused to answer questions about revived allegations of sexual assault against him during a radio interview Saturday. 
The 77-year-old comedian and his wife Camille were appearing on National Public Radio's "Weekend Edition Saturday" to discuss their recent loan of 62 pieces from their collection of African Art to the Smithsonian National Museum of African Art in Washington. LOS ANGELES –  Bill Cosby will not dignify "decade-old, discredited" claims of sexual abuse with a response, his attorney said Sunday, the first comment from the famed comedian on an increasing uproar over allegations that he assaulted several women in the past.
In a statement released to The Associated Press and posted online, lawyer John P. Schmitt said the fact that the allegations are being repeated "does not make them true."

NEW YORK –  Bill Cosby's upcoming appearance on CBS' "Late Show with David Letterman" has been canceled amid a growing uproar over allegations that he sexually assaulted several women in past decades.
Cosby representative David Brokaw confirmed Friday night that Cosby would not appear as previously scheduled next Wednesday. He did not say why. A "Late Show" representative could not be reached for comment.
Another canceled booking, on "The Queen Latifah Show" on Oct. 30, was characterized by that show as a postponement granted at Cosby's request.
